Shipping Policy
We believe that a premium tool deserves premium handling. That’s why we offer exclusive Express Shipping to all our customers in the United States and Europe. Once your Sting is meticulously crafted and undergoes our final quality check, it is dispatched from our workshop directly to your door.
Our US customers can expect their delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch. All shipments are fully insured and come with a tracking number so you can follow your Sting’s journey every step of the way.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every Sting micro knife. Since each piece is a unique work of art featuring authentic Damascus steel and Grade 5 Titanium, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for non-personalized items. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging included. For custom-engraved pieces, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a structural defect, as these are made uniquely for you.
